If you are looking for a quality knife to carry or a gift for someone this is the place for you. I have been collecting pocket knives my whole life, and have been actively buying, selling and trading for many years and have had almost every production knife in my collection at one point or another. In this post we will review my top choices for ECD (every day carry) knives. these knives will all be average sized around 3.5" or so in length and designed for a variety of uses. One of the most important things to consider is the companies warranty. Most US made knives will offer some sort of lifetime warranty, some better than others and some even include sharpening and basic repairs! The second most important thing is the steel, there are various grades for different purposes. Most of the knives I'll list in this list are s30v or some variant. I find that this is the most cost effective as it gives good hardness (wont require much sharpening) and good corrosion resistance.
